EDIS Insights worked with our client to understand the footprint of IT service delivery it had in place around the world. We then designed a contemporary service solution encompassing people/capability, new processes based on ITIL and new technology using SaaS delivered ITSM tools and other cloud technology.
Results have been astounding with zero dissatisfied customers from exit surveys on logged tickets in 10 of 12 months across 2022.
